Stress OUT

Developed in recognition that we now live with more stress than ever before, affected by changes in such as the economy, environment, work, family and social life and on top of these there is our every-day life to cope with.

Stress shows itself in many different ways – it is very personal and it has a range of symptoms which also can be used as an early warning system if we know how to read them.

Learners will understand the connection between the stress response and their own symptoms, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

They will identify their own strengths and have a range of coping strategies to choose from as well as developing a positive self-image and how to move on from unhelpful behaviours and beliefs.

6 weeks @ 2hrs per week
