Partners we Work With

Partnerships can be formal or informal, they can be community based by bringing together individuals, or community groups, they can be strategic and public or private sector. However, they all have the same starting point which is to get strong foundations in place. Identifying what is complementary, what is diverse and how this will contribute to the work or issue to be addressed.

Partners need to know and understand each other so that they can work together safely and confidently. Our solution focussed and customised learning courses are well received, as is our organisational and individual development support via mentoring and coaching.

Most recently we have been supporting and developing local partnerships on behalf of Local Trust’s Big Local Programme. We are also delivering mentoring and coaching with those new to management committees and others who are wrestling with addiction.

We are a trusted catalyst partner on the Empowering Places Programme offering support to the 6 places across England to stimulate the growth of community businesses and build the capacity of local people to be entrepreneurial.

We worked with Just Ideas to deliver on the Engage Britain’s “Health and Care” Conversations in communities across Britain.

Evaluation of Parents Plus Programme and Wor Bairns Programme including capacity building workshops for participants.

Durham County Council Adult Learning and Skills Service delivering many different Learning Sessions across County Durham Area.

Established in 2012 to deliver Big Local, a National Lotter Community Fund – funded programme which is a place-based, resident-led change where residents in 150 neighbourhoods across England to create lasting change in their communities.

We worked with WSA to deliver Leonard Cheshire Disability Can Do Impact Evaluation. Can Do is a skills development programme for individuals aged 16-35 with a disability or long term health
